Shipping and Tax
Camera Canada ships using Xpresspost. Go to our Shipping page to find out cost, delivery times and provincial taxes.

The Affordable Alternative to Financing. Minimum leasing amount is $1200 (before taxes).

Our Extended Service Plans provide and additional warranty after the manufacturers' warranty expires. We offer parts and labour coverage across North America, underwritten protection, no deductible and transferable coverage!

Return Policy
We offer an extended return policy for the holidays. Any items purchased after November 26th can be returned before January 15th. All normal restrictions apply.

Camera Canada offers a 15-day Refund / Exchange policy for most products (Drones, GoPro, Underwater Cameras, Special Order Items, memory cards and software not included).

Special order items cannot be refunded without our written authorization unless it is found to be defective upon arrival.

CameraCanada will NOT be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on any printer if the ink has been installed.

All sales of earbuds, microphones, Hydrapak bottles, drones, gimbals and knives are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items for exchange or refund must be returned in "mint" condition, complete with all manuals, packaging materials, non-completed warranty card and any related manufacturer's accessory. Any product returned incomplete will either be refused or the refund amount will be reduced accordingly. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless return is necessitated by our error.

Your shipment should be checked upon receipt. Any shortage or damage should be reported immediately and no later than 7 days from receipt. Defective goods will be replaced with a like item, upon return of the defective merchandise.

Please contact us prior to shipping Return/ Exchange Products. All products for return and exchange must be assigned a Product Return Number and must include a copy of the invoice. They must be shipped prepaid with full insurance. Credit card refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the Returned Product.

Camera Canada reserves the right to refuse returns.

Pricing Policy
We will almost always* match a competitor's price on any IN STOCK item that is not end-of-line. This 'in stock' policy is to combat the many stores that entice customers to shop at their store by offering ridiculous pricing on an item that is available in limited quantities and in some cases, these stores do not even have the item, at all. (Anyone can offer a fantastic, below cost price on an item they really don't have because they never have to actually 'stock or sell' the product).
We will offer a refund if you ever find the exact same item at a lower price (Canadian product in a Canadian store) within 7 days of making your purchase. We need notification in writing and any supporting documentation via e-mail or Canada Post mail. This is more than fair and allows our customers to shop knowing that they are receiving a fair price.

Whatever the situation - if you have seen an item cheaper at our competitor or if you feel that we have priced something too high, tell us and we'll do our utmost to rectify the problem. Camera Canada wants to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
