With Affirm, you are able to pre-qualify for your order without affecting your credit score.

To pre-qualify and learn the amount you may be approved for, simply add items to your cart.

If the items in your cart are available to be purchased using an Affirm payment plan, an option will appear in your shopping cart along with a link to begin the pre-qualify application process.

Simply click the link and enter a few details to get a real-time decision.

1. Add items to your cart as usual, select Affirm as your payment method and complete your order.
2. Receive an e-mail from our team after your order has been completed with a link to apply using Affirm's easy online application and get an instant decision.
3. Complete your application with Affirm. It will typically take 2 to 3 business days to process your order and ship as usual

Purchases made using Affirm are subject to Camera Canada's standard return policy. Any returns will be processed by Camera Canada, and your Affirm balance will be reduced, cancelled, or refunded accordingly.
If a refund is issued for products ordered using Affirm, a 5% processing fee will be applied to the refunded amount. If Camera Canada has provided a refund to you via a gift card, you must still continue repaying your installment plan in full.

While Affirm makes payment plans easy, they are not available for orders under $300.

Yes. You’ll need:

• To be a Canadian permanent resident or citizen - 18 years of age (AB, MB, ON, PEI, QC, SK)/ 19 Years of age (BC, NB, NF, NT, NS, NU, YK)
• A Canadian bank account, or a Visa/Mastercard credit/debit card. Your debit card must have the Visa or Mastercard logo
• An SMS-capable Canadian phone number
• To meet the minimum order amount of $300

Affirm will take convenient pre-authorized payments from your Canadian bank account.

If your basket is eligible for a Affirm payment plan, the option will be presented at checkout. After confirming your phone number, you’ll be sent a one-time SMS password to confirm your identity. You’ll then enter a few details for an instant decision. If you’re approved, you will set up your repayment method with Affirm and accept the terms of your payment plan.

If you already have an active account and a valid spending limit with Camera Canada, and you wish to place a new order with an Affirm plan, simply choose Affirm as your preferred payment method at checkout on the Camera Canada website.
You will then be prompted to fill out a similar application form to the one you initially completed to create the account. This allows Affirm to find your account!
Please ensure that the details you enter are identical to your initial approved application.
Rest assured that your credit file will not be checked again as long as your approval is still valid.

Sure, at any time! There are no penalties or fees for early repayments. To pay off your current balance, please send Affirm a message here.

Unfortunately, Affirm is not able to provide payment plans to every applicant. This could be due to the information on your credit file, or because Affirm was not able to verify your identity or your payment method.
Please note: while Camera Canada works with Affirm for payment plans, Camera Canada does NOT have access to your financial information.
