Internet shopping involves trust. We need to trust you . and you need to trust us! To shop at our webstore, all we require is that you provide us with the details of your valid major credit card . Visa or Mastercard. We also have to know where to ship the goods you purchase. This personal information will only be used to process your order and then we delete it. We then take a few minutes to verify the details you give us with your credit card company. As long as everything checks out and the address of the cardholder on the credit card company records matches the shipping address, we begin processing your order. In most cases, your order will ship the same day unless the item is out of stock. It's that simple.
Timing
We understand that you want to be sure you receive exactly what you ordered, on time. Your credit card company offers the protection of charging back to the retailer any sales in which the goods are not received or are not as represented. Therefore, the onus is on CameraCanada to show that the correct goods were delivered in a timely manner. At CameraCanada we value your business. We will always treat our customers the way we hope our customers will treat us.
Apply for Credit
To apply for credit please download the Credit Application below and fax to (519) 660-8100. For those Ontario customers who have a PST exemption, we are required to have a copy of a signed PST exempt form on file for the Ontario Government. Simply download this file, fill it out, sign it and fax it back.
