I received my order yesterday. My local shop didn`t have the part and having them bring it in would have cost more than ordering from you. It is nasty that the cost of shipping is less than the cost for me to drive to a nearby city. I`ll certainly keep you in mind for future purchases. I purchased a Canon S3IS in the fall as a "refurb". I would not hesitate to buy another refurbished camera from your store. I think the camera was new, it certainly showed no signs of every being used. The only downside was the warranty, but I purchased an extended one for 2 years at a minimal cost. I hope I never need it. Great sales help (I went to the store), an all round good experience.

Although I live in Toronto with its many photographic outlets, twice now I have ordered from your store via the internet within a few months.
I have been impressed by the overall professional and rapid service. Each detail is handled with care.
For example, my recent purchase involves a rebate and to my surprise the required manufacturer’s forms were included with the shipment whereas this was not done in a similar situation with another camera retailer’s website based in Toronto. In that case, I also had to phone them after waiting a long period of time to ask about my order. It seems that it had arrived from the manufacturer but no one took the next important step, that is, to send it to me the purchaser.
In another case related to an in-store purchase with the same retailer, an incorrect rebate form was put in the bag and I didn’t realize it until I reached home. Yes, I printed it off the internet, but this was an annoyance nonetheless and points to an underlying lack of concern for the customer overall.
In addition, your shipping costs are low and don’t have “handling charges”. And even with shipping charges, the overall prices have been pleasantly lower than those at Toronto retailers.
So keep up the good work because it’s very refreshing to deal with a company whose prices and service combine to make the purchase of fine photographic equipment even more enjoyable.

I was told that Nikon Canada was having supply problems and orders were back ordered. Then surfing the net I found Camera Canada site which to my surprise showed the item in stock. | After purchasing a new digital camera and a few books I have been bitten by the amateur photography bug and therefore needed to purchase a few additional things, one of them being a new tripod. I had searched various websites and read reviews on different products and came to the conclusion I wanted Manfrotto 190XB Tripod Legs and a Manfrotto 486RC2 ballhead.
Now came the decision of where to buy. I had looked at a few other stores, both based in the US and Canada and found that many of them would not allow an order to be placed unless the billing and shipping address were the same, or in the same country. This was not the case for me as the card I wished to use to make the purchase was issued in the UK and am currently residing in Canada. I happened upon the Camera Canada site and found not only excellent pricing, even after factoring taxes and shipping, but also the ability for them to accept my card and ship to my Canadian address. I placed my order with them and the service was above excellent. My emails were answered in a detailed manner and also very rapidly. The goods arrived very quickly and I`m very impressed with my new tripod and head :) I will certainly use Camera Canada again and will not hesitate for an instant to recommend them to anyone. |

When I initially called and you said the lens was not in stock, but your supplier could get it to you 3 days, that was bang on. I placed my order online, 3 days later you had it and you shipped it to me the same day. 3 days later it was in my hands. Thanks and I will be back again. |

| I would like to thank you Canada Camera for their excellent service. My order have arrived within 48 hrs by Canada Post and Camera has small issue on the LCD screen after cleaning it. I have discussed with Customer Service and unit has been replaced with the new one without any questions.

| Jumpin Gee Hossa Fats! THAT WAS FAST! The box the new lens came in was smoking hot, the guy delivering it was panting! Bent over even hanging onto his knees for support, he was so out of breath he used sign language to get me to sign for the package!!
Seriously though, I ordered the lens Sunday morning after returning from work (late shift), I`ve never ordered from you before but man o man am I ever glad I did. The new lens is absolutely fantastic, rock solid and I`m extemely pleased with the results of the photographs.
