I have been impressed by the overall professional and rapid service. Each detail is handled with care. For example, my recent purchase involves a rebate and to my surprise the required manufacturer’s forms were included with the shipment whereas this was not done in a similar situation with another camera retailer’s website based in Toronto. In that case, I also had to phone them after waiting a long period of time to ask about my order. It seems that it had arrived from the manufacturer but no one took the next important step, that is, to send it to me the purchaser. In another case related to an in-store purchase with the same retailer, an incorrect rebate form was put in the bag and I didn’t realize it until I reached home. Yes, I printed it off the internet, but this was an annoyance nonetheless and points to an underlying lack of concern for the customer overall. In addition, your shipping costs are low and don’t have “handling charges”. And even with shipping charges, the overall prices have been pleasantly lower than those at Toronto retailers. So keep up the good work because it’s very refreshing to deal with a company whose prices and service combine to make the purchase of fine photographic equipment even more enjoyable.
